Class 2 Environmental Construction Permit – Coastal Tourism Park Project

Esnad Solutions Environmental Consultancy prepared the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and fulfilled all requirements for obtaining the Class 2 Environmental Construction Permit for the Jubail Gate Holiday Homes (Chalets) Project in accordance with the regulations of the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC).

The Jubail Gate Project is a tourism and hospitality development consisting of holiday homes (chalets), located in Al Huwaylat District, Jubail Industrial City, overlooking the Arabian Gulf. As the project is classified as a Class 2 environmentally regulated activity, it is required to obtain an Environmental Construction Permit before the commencement of construction activities, in accordance with the Environmental Law and its Executive Regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Esnad Solutions Environmental Consultancy was responsible for preparing the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and completing all technical and regulatory requirements necessary for obtaining the permit. The project was carried out in full compliance with the requirements of the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC), ensuring that environmental considerations were integrated into the project's planning and construction phase.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION :

The project commenced with a comprehensive site visit to assess the project's location, evaluate the surrounding environment, and identify environmentally sensitive features. Following the site assessment, Esnad Solutions prepared the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in accordance with the requirements of the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC), evaluating the anticipated environmental impacts during the construction phase and recommending appropriate mitigation measures.
