The Golden Petrol Project is one of Esnad Solutions' successful environmental consulting projects for tire shops and oil change centers. The company has delivered environmental permit services for more than 300 tire shops and oil change centers across Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Al Ahsa, Taif, Abha, Jazan, Tabuk, Hail, Qassim, Najran, Yanbu, and Al Qunfudhah, while ensuring full compliance with the requirements of the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC).
The project started with a comprehensive on-site environmental assessment to evaluate compliance with environmental regulations, inspect used oil storage areas, review hazardous waste management practices, and verify all regulatory requirements. The commercial registration, municipal license, and contracts for the collection, transportation, and disposal of used oil and hazardous waste were also reviewed.
After completing the required documents, Esnad Solutions prepared the Environmental Management Plan (Class 1) and the required environmental records, created the facility account on the NCEC platform when required, submitted the environmental permit application electronically, and followed up until the permit was officially issued.
